Podcast Intro Animation

About

I was reached out by a prominent Turkish media company to create short, simple, fast paced and satisfying animation to be used for their podcast intro covering various topics.

The topics the animations was for

- Current Affairs

- Health

- Community

- Sports

From the initial moodboards the client shared it was understood they want to go for a very simple approach, I also wanted to make sure that they all felt as part of the same package even though there is a limitations of variables to play with.

I worked on the storyboard, before starting to work on the animations.

Current Affairs

The eye is symbolic on how we are observing the incidents that are happening around us and also how we are compiling informations from neighbouring areas to come up with a foresight of how incidents could unflold.

Health

Health is only achieved only if we do multiple things right and it should be done in a systematic way, whether it comes to excercising or sleeping. Only if all these actions are done can we really achieve a healthy lifestyle.

This is the idea behind this animation of how creating order and doing the right things will help us in achieving a healthy lifestyle

Society

Everyone person in the society has their own views and perspective on things this is what make up an individual and it is through communication between different ideas that brings the society together to make a united society.

Final Animation (All)

- We used basic colors and simple textures, and made the animation be the hero.

- To get a consistent feel across all the animations, I used a bit of running gradients in the background. Which makes the animation pop more without compromising on simplicity
